Brunching with the VIETRI Modello Collection

Posted by Katie Grabner on

Entertaining. It's simply one of my favorite things to do in the whole wide world.  For me, I cannot help myself but to pay attention to all of the details big and small. And brunch is a meal that you can get so creative with! What fun! I have had my eye on the VIETRI Modello Collection. If you haven't already noticed from my Instagram account or site, I have a little thing for things blue and white. OK, a big thing. It's pretty much been a theme throughout a lot of our newest home. So when it came to planning a pretty brunch, I knew the VIETRI set would be sure to wow with a contrasting color like coral. Don't you just want to dive right into these photos and relive this set-up?

I made Tomato Spinach Frittatas with a fresh arugula topping for brunch with a side of grapefruit. [I've also shared the recipe for the Tomato Spinach Frittatas here. It's easier to make than you think!] Mini pancake stacks topped with fresh berries and powdered sugar were an easy item to serve on the side. You can make the mini pancakes ahead of time and stack before your guests arrive. If those items aren't already a crowd pleaser enough, add a pitcher of fresh water or sparkling water with your favorite sliced fruits. I added fresh grapefruit slices and rosemary to ours, for a surprisingly refreshing addition. Not a grapefruit fan? Think about lemons or oranges instead. [A personal favorite combination of mine is lemon, basil and mint]. What do you think of the set up? I'd love to hear in the comments below! I hope you enjoy!
